Create a May Flower Using What You Have

Create a May Flower Using What You Have

If this week has felt a little full—or a little scattered—you’re not alone in that.

Sometimes the days don’t need fixing.
They just need a small place to land.

Today’s invitation is simple:
make a flower using whatever you have nearby.

Paper, scraps, a quick sketch, your child’s crayons, something folded, something imperfect—anything that feels like a small expression of you.

It doesn’t have to look like anything—and it doesn’t have to turn into something.

It just has to exist.

Because sometimes creating something small is enough to bring you back to yourself.

And sometimes it’s worth holding onto, too.

If you want a simple place to keep moments like this—without overthinking them—my Messy-Beautiful Snapshot prompt gives you a quiet way to begin.

You can start here →

And if you do make something today, I’d love to see it —share a photo of your homemade flower.

From my road to yours, happy wandering.

Turn today’s chaos into tomorrow’s story.
